The perfect mix of Chewy, Crunchy & Chocolatey. I have made these so many times, they’re so quick and easy, you’ll be making them all the time too!
This recipe makes around 10-16 Oreo cookies depending how big you want them.
What you’ll need-
- 125g Butter/spread/baking block
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 100g Light Brown Sugar
- 50ml Plant Milk (I use Oat milk, any milk will work)
- 225g Self Raising Flour
- 100g Dark Chocolate Chips (many supermarket dark choc chips are plant based)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 packet of Oreos (keep 2-3 cookies to one side for toppings)
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a large, flat baking tray for your cookies.
- Mix together Butter & sugar until creamy and fully combined.
- Add in Vanilla and milk and whisk together.
- Gradually add self-raising flour to form a dough.
- Crush oreos, Leaving them chunky enough that they’re not reduced to dust. Saving a couple to place on top. Add oreos and chocolate chips to mixture and form into a dough.
- Roll dough into small balls and space out on a large tray.
- Bake at 180 for 10 minutes. Once cookies spread and edges start to brown, the cookies are ready to take out.
- Remove from oven and leave on tray to cool.
