Vegan, Dairy free, Egg free, Nut Free

The perfect mix of Chewy, Crunchy & Chocolatey. I have made these so many times, they’re so quick and easy, you’ll be making them all the time too!

This recipe makes around 10-16 Oreo cookies depending how big you want them.

What you’ll need-

  • 125g Butter/spread/baking block
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 100g Light Brown Sugar
  • 50ml Plant Milk (I use Oat milk, any milk will work)
  • 225g Self Raising Flour
  • 100g Dark Chocolate Chips (many supermarket dark choc chips are plant based)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet of Oreos (keep 2-3 cookies to one side for toppings)

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a large, flat baking tray for your cookies.
  2. Mix together Butter & sugar until creamy and fully combined.
  3. Add in Vanilla and milk and whisk together.
  4. Gradually add self-raising flour to form a dough.
  5. Crush oreos, Leaving them chunky enough that they’re not reduced to dust. Saving a couple to place on top. Add oreos and chocolate chips to mixture and form into a dough.
  6. Roll dough into small balls and space out on a large tray.
  7. Bake at 180 for 10 minutes. Once cookies spread and edges start to brown, the cookies are ready to take out.
  8. Remove from oven and leave on tray to cool.
